What's your minimum order?

Our standard minimum for screen-printed shirts is 12 pieces per ink color.
1 color = 12
2 colors = 24
For smaller runs we can print full-color DTF transfers with no minimum — call the shop and we'll point you to the right option.

Question 2

How fast can you turn an order around?

Turnaround depends on order size, decoration method, and how busy the shop is that week. Standard turnaround time is 7 business days. If you have an event or deadline, please communicate that up front so we can account for your order in our schedule.

Do you really print in 24 hours?

Accepted Answer

Yes — 24-hour rush is real, and it's how we got our name. Rush jobs depend on artwork being print-ready, garments being in stock, and open capacity that day, so call 570-471-7588 first to confirm before you place the order.

Question 4

Can I reorder a shirt you printed for me before?

Accepted Answer

Absolutely. We keep your artwork on file, so reorders are quick — just tell us the job name or approximate date and the new quantity and we'll re-quote it.

What file formats do you accept?

Accepted Answer

Vector files work best: AI, EPS, or PDF with fonts outlined. High-resolution PNG at 300 dpi at final print size also works for most jobs. If your file needs cleanup or a redraw, we'll let you know before we start.

Question 6

I don't have a design — can you help?

Yes. Basic design help is free with your order — send us a rough idea, a sketch, or even a description and we'll mock it up. If you need something built from scratch, we'll walk you through it before any printing starts.

What affects the price?

The biggest factors are quantity, number of ink colors, number of print locations, the garment you choose, and the decoration method (screen print, DTF, or embroidery). Larger orders and simpler designs bring the per-shirt price down.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept cash, credit cards, and checks. ACH is available for online invoices. For schools, municipalities, and larger organizations we're set up to work with purchase orders.

Can I pick up in Old Forge, or do you ship?

Both. Free local pickup is available at 934 S Main St, Old Forge, PA 18518. We also ship anywhere in the continental US and can arrange local delivery on larger orders. If delivery is needed, please share the address and date needed when placing the order.

What shirt brands do you carry?

We stock the ones people actually ask for: Gildan, Bella+Canvas, Comfort Colors, Next Level, Champion, and Independent Trading Co. If there's a specific brand or style you want, ask and we'll source it.

What sizes do you carry?

Accepted Answer

Sizes run Youth XS up to Adult 6XL in some styles and colors — not every brand/color goes all the way up. Please allow extra time for order completion when orders include sizes above 4XL. Tell us the size spread you need and we'll match you to a garment that covers it.

Do you do more than t-shirts?

Yes. We print hoodies, tanks, long-sleeves, polos, and jackets; we also do embroidery, DTF transfers, and promo products like hats, bags, and drinkware. If you're printing for a team, a business, or an event, we can probably decorate it.

How do fundraisers work?

We run online stores or bulk order forms for schools, teams, and non-profits. You share the link, supporters order, we print, and your group keeps the profit — full details on our fundraising page.

What areas do you serve?

We're in Old Forge and serve all of Northeastern Pennsylvania, including Scranton, Wilkes-Barre, Dunmore, Kingston, Pittston, Hazleton, and the Poconos. Out-of-area orders are welcome too — we'll ship them.
